Harper Mountain is a family resort located about 20 minutes from Kamloops. It is small but friendly with great snow and a 1400 ft vertical and more than 400 acres of terrain. There is a great terrain park with lots of jumps and a great variation in the terrain. As well, at Harper, boarders have often been known to make customized jumps slightly off the tracked paths. You might just be riding along and find an improvised jump you didn’t know about. Harper also gives you some great night skiing and a tube park. Harper Mountain has all the amenities, a fabulous lodge, a great ski club and participates in the Rio Tinto Alcan Nancy Greene Ski League. Low price, close distance to Kamloops and its smaller size make it an attractive alternative to some of the nearby big and busy resorts.
