Whitewater is located in Nelson, BC and averages an annual snowfall of an incredible 1,200 cm. You’ll love the 46 marked trails consisting of open bowls, glades and chutes with something for everyone. For a lot of people though, Whitewater is a portal to the backcountry, with access from the top of both lifts! The light dry powder is fantastic, the trees are giants, the diversity is incredible and the experience is unforgettable. Nelson is a beautiful Victorian type place with all the apres-ski you can handle, including live entertainment, shopping, theatre, spa and more. Whitewater has a cult following and expansion seems only on a strictly as-needed basis.
